After 15-20 minutes of preheating, the cast-iron plate reaches an even temperature over the entire cooking surface thanks to two Incoloy heating elements. Both oil-shaped heating elements cover the entire surface of the cast-iron plate. Each heating element has a power of 3 kW under the cast-iron plate, namely 6 kW in total. Thanks to the power of the heating elements, the electric plancha grill PSF 600 E ensures homogeneous cooking without heat loss on the edges.
This professional griddle plate can grill a wide variety of meats, fish, burgers, sausages, vegetables, onions but also fried eggs, omelettes.
